Dearest Team McClure Post Acute, Hope this Message Finds You ALL Safe and Sound, It Was an Absolute Pleasure Meeting EACH ONE OF YOU ALL and HAPPY to Be Taken Great Care By Your Rehabilitation Team For a Great Two Months and Half, My Mum (Mrs Abeba Aklilu)Could Not Have been in a better care, the Love You ALL Have Shown Her IN ALL ASPECTS, During her Stay , Is Nothing Short Of TOP NOTCH SERVICE, A +++++++++++ , SPECTACULAR!!!! My Mum Fell Down , Broke Her Elbow and Fractured Her Pelvis , Was Admitted at General Hospital San Francisco, Surgeons there Done An AMAZING Job, Many Thanks to them, after the Surgery they Advised US, She Needs a Rehabilitation to Get Her Back to Normality , they then Directed Us to You Guys and Informed Us a Number Of Other Rehab Centers, Since McClure was 5 Minutes Drive from Our Residence, It Was Our First Choice, Upon Arrival at Your Premises , I Was Greeted By An Absolute Lovely Gentelman Mr Jon Dale, Who Is The Marketing Manager at Your Facility . Me and Jon Got ON Well, Straight Away, OFF the Cuff, Pleasant Human Being, Easy to talk to, Professional, Sharp Looking , Dressed To the Ninezzz , Asked the Right Questions, Took Me ON a Tour, Made Me Feel At Home, Gave Me His Precious Undivided Time to the Point Allowing Me to Call My Sister(Hanania) Abroad, As She Had a LOT OF QUESTIONS before We AS a Family Made a Final Decision, He Patiently Listened and Answered ALL OF THEM, Plus, Since Our Mum Was Recovering From Bone Marrow Transplant, He PROMISED US To Put Her IN a PRIVATE ROOM, Which He Did , EVER SO GRATEFUL, CANT THANK JON ENOUGH FOR THAT!!!! My Other Sister(Susie) Came TO Check OUT McClure , One Last Time before We Made Decision , Spoke to a Few RNs , CNA’s , Heard Great things from them, Finally Came to Conculsion to Pick McClure as OUR TO GO TO REHABE CENTER , Boy Was IT The RIGHT CHOICE , MOST MOST DEFINITELY THE BEST CHOICE , My Mum Can be Very Demanding, Has Her Own Ways Of Doing Stuff, Very Particular With her Medications, AS Humans We ALL are Not PERFECT, So She Double Checks The Nurses EVery Time They Administer Her Daily Medication, CONSIDERING ALL THAT and MANY MORE, THE STAFFS AT Mc CLURE, STARTING FROM ALL THE REGISTERED NURSES, ALL CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS, ALL PHYSICAL THERAPIES , OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIES, MANAGEMENT, TRANSPORTATION, ALL The ADMINISTRATION STAFFS , CHEFES(BTW SHE LOVED THE FOOD), KITCHEN ASSISTANCES AND ALL THE PATIENTS , HAVE ALL BEEN ACCOMMODATING TO MY MUM, BY BEING PATIENCE WITH HER, LISTENING TO HER, BEING PROFESSIONALS WORKING WITH HER, UNDERSTANDING HER, GIVING HER HOPE, AFFECTION, GIVING HER POSITIVE VIBES, BEING ATTENTIVE AT ALL TIMES ROUND THE CLOCK 24Hrs, NO JUDGING HER AND MOST OF ALL, EVERYONE TRULY AND SINCERELY TOOK GREAT CARE OF HER LIKE THEIR OWN FAMILY WITH LOVE, FOR THAT WE LOVE YOU ALL ALWAYS!!!! Mcclure Post Acute is a great facility for patients, with attentive and caring staff.

This is a nice facility with nice people. I was recently here for short term rehabilitation. I highly recommend McClure.

I am very glad I got the help I did while I was at McClure. I was here for my broken arm and must say that at first I did not want to come here but so glad I did. I would definitely come back if I ever needed

Really great food! The facility is clean and bright, with most rooms, hallways, and patient areas appearing to be well maintained. Patient TV’s varied widely in quality, age, type, and viewing availability. I was in two different rooms during my lengthy stay. One room had a smart TV with Peacock, Prime, and Netflix availability. The other TV in that room had limited cable access, only getting channels available via the antenna behind it. Adjusting the rabbit ears might fix the channel quality for several minutes only while the maintenance guy was in the room. TV remotes were not always paired with the TV. Turning off and on unrelated TV’s was a constant problem. Other beds had TV’s with Comcast access. The maintenance team is very understaffed. Quality of work and availability was always an issue. Nurses and CNA’s were mostly helpful and competent. Staff delays responding to the call button were not unreasonable, but staff coverage from 7:30-14:30 never seemed enough for the workload demands. Excellent occupational and physical therapists. They challenge you and make it fun and relevant.

Staff is friendly and tentative to patient needs. Clinically strong facility. Administrator understands what it takes to run a 5⭐ CMS building and ranked best nursing facility by US News.

The staff and nurses are compassionate and attentive to residents. The facility is clean, modern and well lit. Highly recommend this SNF for anyone seeking quality medical care

I can’t say enough good things about this nursing facility! The nursing staff has been absolutely wonderful – kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel cared for and comfortable. The transition process was so much easier than I expected. From the very first day, the staff took the time to answer all of our questions, explain every step, and help our family feel at ease. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and their families. Thanks to their support and compassion, what could have been a stressful move turned into a smooth and positive experience. I’m so grateful for the amazing team here!

My great aunt stayed at McClure Post Acute, and overall our family was really happy with the care she received. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about her well-being. The facility was clean and comfortable, and we always felt she was treated with respect. as a nursing student that is undergoing clinical practices in this facility, i say that this place is pretty good! all patients are well taken care of. the treatment nurses are doing their very best not to get any wounds infected and honestly, they’re doing a good job. i’ve been learning a lot and adapting to their practices.

Cna are very consistent with the care. Meals are always checked before given to the residents which makes it safe for us. Food is nutritious and filling. Facility always feels like a safe environment. You should choose mcclure for your loved one that needs nursing and physical therapy

My husband, Ed, was a patient at McClure. He had wonderful care from staff. It was extremely clean ,good staff, the food was really good. Good excersize, food and activities! Highly recommend McClure for your loved ones!
